Miso Baked Salmon
400gm Salmon fillets de-boned
2 Tablespoons miso paste
1 teaspoon mirron seasoning mix
(replace mirron with sweet chilli sauce for extra heat)
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
1 garlic clove - crushed or finely diced
1 in fresh ginger finely diced or grated
Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Heat oven to 220C
Cut salmon fillets into 2cm wide strips and place skin side down on the baking sheet.
Mix remaining ingredients and spread evenly on top of the fish.
Bake for 10 minutes or until cooked as you like it.
Serve with fried rice.
