Asian BBQ Steak
Steak of your choice

Bokchoy or other Asian greens

8 Tablespoons soya sauce
2 fresh chilli – very finely chopped or grated
2-3 cm fresh ginger – very finely chopped or grated
½ clove of garlic – very finely chopped or grated
Juice of a lemon
Glug of olive or peanut oil.
Steam (or boil in lightly salted water) pak choy or bok choy (or use cabbage or some other green, leafy vegetable)

BBQ or pan fry steaks until cooked to your liking – rest, and then slice into 1cm slices – on an angle looks best.

Mix dressing ingredients.

Serve greens on a platter with the steak slices over the top and the sauce poured over it all.
